The lil stories of our lives!
Traditional fun at Brad and Jenny's! Pumpkin carving, good food and crazy kids!
The twins' first day at Joyful Journey's pre-school. Shouldn't every first day be a Halloween party?!?!

Vegas trip to celebrate my 34th birthday and our 11th anniversary. Sunshine and drinks at the pool, relaxation at the spa and yummy dinners. Penn and Teller show (loved by Jeff, not so much by me). We have decided tho, that from now on we'll just go to Mexico...Vegas is very pricey, we can do Mexico all inclusive for nearly the same tab.
Woody and Buzz on the strip.
Drinks at the Harley restaurant before sushi at MGM.
A trip to M&M world for kid souvenirs.

Fun at the Fruita Fall Festival parade. Happy Trails to you!! Riding on the float (truck and trailer courtesy of Nanny and Pappa, driven by Daddy). Wonderful warm weather, sunshine, smiles and waves!
Zac Brown Band in Snowmass with my favorite brother-in-law and sister-in-law! Way too much fun, even considering the late night visit by the Street's, Hickey's and Swenson's. The sayings for the weekend 'don't F@#* this up Street' and the Himes need to ketchup!
The kids on their favorite truck (any truck of Daddy's)!

The twins' 1st day of pre-K at Victory Life Church was Aug. 22nd. They only attended for 2 months b/c the enrollment just wasn't there (the twins were half the class). We are now at Joyful Journeys on the Redlands and loving it!
Havana's 1st haircut. Aug. 23rd!
And what a fun way to end the summer....Mutton Bustin' at the Rimrock Rodeo in Fruita. We went to the last rodeo of the year and Hudson was the lucky boy whose name got drawn to ride with the regular riders. He did GREAT! Hailey was a little bummed that her name didn't get drawn but we've promised her that she'll get a turn next summer. Hudson had a blast. He was the last to ride but wasn't scared or anything. At one point he did ask why some of the other kids were crying before their ride. But even after my explanation that 'maybe they were a little scared' he was still ready to go. He held on for quite a while (even as he slipped to the side a bit), fell off in the dirt and got right up with a big smile on his face. What a fun memory!
Havana being a 'ham' on her trike!
