The twins' 1st day of pre-K at Victory Life Church was Aug. 22nd. They only attended for 2 months b/c the enrollment just wasn't there (the twins were half the class). We are now at Joyful Journeys on the Redlands and loving it!

And what a fun way to end the summer....Mutton Bustin' at the Rimrock Rodeo in Fruita. We went to the last rodeo of the year and Hudson was the lucky boy whose name got drawn to ride with the regular riders. He did GREAT! Hailey was a little bummed that her name didn't get drawn but we've promised her that she'll get a turn next summer. Hudson had a blast. He was the last to ride but wasn't scared or anything. At one point he did ask why some of the other kids were crying before their ride. But even after my explanation that 'maybe they were a little scared' he was still ready to go. He held on for quite a while (even as he slipped to the side a bit), fell off in the dirt and got right up with a big smile on his face. What a fun memory!
